For Parents

Stay connected to every swim.

Your own account. Real-time results. No shared passwords. No group texts.

Ask your athlete to invite you from their account

Parent accounts are created through a family invite — your swimmer sends you a link, and you're in. It takes less than a minute.

What you can see

Everything you need to stay informed — nothing you don't.

Meet results and personal bests

See every race time, split, and PR as soon as they're posted.

Attendance history

Know when your swimmer shows up to practice — and when they don't.

Upcoming meet schedule

Never miss a meet date, location, or event entry again.

Season progression charts

Visual graphs showing improvement across the entire season.

Training plan overview

See the big picture of their training schedule (view only).

Shareable public profile

Bookmark your swimmer's public profile link — grandparents, aunts, and friends can follow their career without an account.

Meet-entry approval

Coach enters your swimmer into a meet → you get pinged. Approve or decline before the entry deadline — no more surprise scratches or last-minute event changes.

Parent Watch

Watch any swimmer — a rival, a cousin, a family friend — and see their meet results show up next to your own athlete's. Side-by-side charts by event and course.

Team leaderboard rankings

See where your swimmer ranks on their team for every event and course — and track how they climb over the season. Gold, silver, and bronze badges for the top three.

How the invite works

Three steps. Under two minutes.

1

Your swimmer creates their BTB account

They sign up with a free or paid plan — it only takes a minute.

2

They send you a family invite

In Settings > Family, they enter your email and send the invite.

3

You create your free parent account

Click the link in your email, set up your account, and you're connected.

Athletes under 13 don't create their own accounts. Instead, their coach adds them to the roster and you get a free parent account that owns their data. You'll see meet results, PBs, attendance, training schedule, and gear lists. When they turn 13, they get their own account and all history carries over. AI coaching and personal tracking unlock at that point.
