You connect your club's Stripe account in about 5 minutes — standard Stripe onboarding, no paperwork. From then on, every dues charge, meet fee, and gear invoice settles directly into your club's bank account. BTB never holds your money. We take a 2.5% platform fee on collected payments on top of Stripe's standard processing, which is visible on every transaction.

Athletes under 13 don't create their own accounts — we're fully COPPA compliant. Coaches add them to the roster with their date of birth, and the parent receives an invite to a free parent account. Parents see meet results, PBs, attendance, and training schedules. Under-13 athletes don't count toward your $5/athlete billing. When they turn 13, they transition to their own account automatically.
