Linking a parent
Parents get a free account that follows their swimmer. Here's how the invite works for swimmers 13 and up, and how it's different for children under 13.

Why this matters
Parents see the schedule, their own child's times, results, approvals, and billing, and nothing that belongs to the swimmer alone. One parent account can follow every child in the family.
Step by step
- 01
Swimmer, 13 or older: invite from Settings
In Settings, invite a parent or guardian by email. If two parents want their own accounts, invite each one.
You'll know it worked when
The parent shows as pending in your Settings.

Under 13: the coach adds the parent
The coach puts the child on the roster with a birthdate and the parent's email. The parent gets the invite directly. The child never has a login of their own until they turn 13.

Parent opens the email and creates the account
Set a password and confirm you're the parent or guardian. If you already have a parent account from another child, sign in instead and the new swimmer appears on your home page with a switcher.
You'll know it worked when
The swimmer's name is at the top of the parent's home page.

Parent checks the Schedule tab
This week's practices with the coach's workout and your own child's times from it, plus the last three weeks.
