Connecting Stripe for club billing
Five minutes, once. After this, dues and meet fees charged through Beyond the Blocks settle straight to the club's bank account.

Why this matters
We never hold your money. The club has its own Stripe account; families' cards are charged into it and Stripe pays it out to the club's bank. Beyond the Blocks adds no fee of its own on any transaction, and that isn't going to change.
Step by step
- 01
Admin tab
Open Admin from the coach home. Billing lives there along with dues and the club's settings.

Connect Stripe
Tap Connect Stripe. Stripe's own onboarding opens. It's Stripe's page, not ours, which is why it looks different.
- 03
Fill in Stripe's form
Club name or your own name, business type, tax ID or SSN, the bank account for payouts, a phone number. The same form any business fills in with Stripe. We never see it.
You'll know it worked when
Stripe shows a summary with a button back to Beyond the Blocks.

Return
Admin now shows Stripe connected.
You'll know it worked when
The Connect Stripe button has been replaced by a connected status.

Set dues, or run your first meet
Either one is a real charge and the proof that it works. Watch the first one land in your Stripe dashboard.
